About Coach Ursula Personal Training
As a personal trainer, my goal is to help athletes gain physical strength and teach them how to reach their peak performance. Growing up as an elite athlete, I know how important it is to maintain physical strength outside of a sport. I work with my clients to create customized fitness programs that support their physical and mental health.

I have been a player on one of Ursula’s volleyball teams and she also been my personal trainer, both of which have been amazing experiences. In terms of having her as a personal trainer, I’ve enjoyed each session and have been extremely impressed with how strong I have become in the span of a few months. Ursula has been my daughter’s coach for both high school and club (volleyball) teams and she has been working with her one on one now for several months. Ursula is amazing and my daughter has gotten so much stronger! Her workouts are tailored to what each athlete needs and she is great at motivating the kids to be their best. When I pick up my daughter, she has obviously worked hard but is also in such a great mood as she enjoys her sessions and looks forward to them each week. In addition, it has been wonderful for my daughter to have a place where she feels very safe as Ursula has put in place the safest of Covid protocols.
